A very short description of Motif and Graphlet in networks.
What is a motif?
A motif is those subgraphs that are repeated/accrued frequently in a large graph (network).
Before we start, I should mention that this graph could be either an undirected graph or a directed graph also, they could contain weighted or labeled vertices/edges.
What is Graphlet?
They are those small non-isomorphic induced subgraphs that accrued frequently in a large graph.
